Privacy

We collect the email address on your account. We store the checklists, tasks, notes, and other content you create.

If you use email-to-task, we give you an address at inbox.smartchecklist.com. Mail sent there is received by SendGrid and turned into checklist items on your account. We store that message and the items taken from it.

• Supabase stores your account and the content you create, and handles sign-in.
• Vercel hosts this site.
• Supabase Auth sends the sign-in link to your email.
• SendGrid receives mail you send to your SmartChecklist inbox address.
• Anthropic turns email, photos, and voice notes you submit into checklist items.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when your browser requests them.

SmartChecklist sets sign-in session cookies so you can stay signed in. Those are the only cookies this site sets.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email privacy@smartchecklist.com.

You can delete your account from Settings, then Delete account.

We may update this page by posting a new version and changing the date above.
